Use your printer’s own jam-clearing guide—access points differ by model.

Stop and check the display
Record the indicated jam location. Stop sending more print jobs.
Find the correct model guide
Follow its power-off, cooling, and access instructions before reaching inside.
Remove accessible paper carefully
Do not force parts or dismantle the printer. Check for torn pieces only in the areas the guide permits.
Reload and test
Close access doors and reload supported paper as directed. If the jam returns, request model-specific assistance.
